Delivery


How do I receive my item?

 

We have two options:

 

Collection (click and collection service available when buying)

 

This is a FREE service we provide – If you would like to collect, we have a collection every Thursday between 8pm – 9.45pm.

 

Collection Point:

Birmingham B42 2SY

 

 

Please confirm collection by emailing the following to Enquiries@sportskey.info – the date and time you wish to collect item. If you are unable to attend your scheduled time, please contact us at your earliest convenience, so we can rearrange collection or make an alternative arrangement.

 

We will hold items for 21 days, by which we will automatically give you a refund if no collection has been made.

 

There will be a customer service desk located at the front of the sports hall where one our staff members will provide you the item.

 

Delivery 

 

Delivery costs £4.99

Even though we aim to get it to you within 5 days please allow up to 14 working days for your garment (or garments) to arrive.

We only offer services to locations within the Uk.

 

Sports key return and refunds policy 

 

Our full returns policy below

 

    • Items MUST be returned within 28 days of purchase.
    • Your return MUST be confirmed within 14 days of purchase.
    • Items must be unworn and unwashed – due to hygiene reasons.

       

Faulty clothing 

 

In the event of any faulty clothing, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. This will be prioritised and quickly actioned. We ask that you please email us with a clear image of the fault to Enquiries@sportskey.info where we will respond within 5 working days.

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges.

 

How to return 

 

We have two options on returns:
Contact and drop off (change name), this is a FREE service we provide – just drop us an email about the item you would like to return, and you can bring your garment or garments to us any Thursday between 8pm – 9.45pm.

There will be a customer service desk located at the front of the sports Hall where one our staff members will take this item from you.

 

A full refund (if applicable) will be issued from the return date, please allow 3 – 5 working days for the money to be returned to the account you provided us with.

 

ROYALMAIL, unfortunately this isn’t our free option however it offers the most feasible solution. Please email us Enquiries@sportskey.info about the item you would like to return and why. Once received and confirmed, you will be asked to return item via royal mail at a local post office. You will be required to pay for the weight fee plus any extra costs associated to get this item back to us.

Once this is sent off, please send us an email with the parcel tracking number and day sent off. So we can keep of this item and process your refund as quickly as possible.

 

A full refund (if applicable) will be issued from the date its returned to us, please allow 3 – 5 working days for the money to be returned to the account you provided us with.
