Who can take part?

The programme is a male only session, but open to all those aged 16+ of all abilities.

What do I need to bring?

You will require appropriate footwear and clothing, which suits the weather or playing surface. It is recommended that you bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Payments are taken via a card machine, in which case, you will be required to bring card payment method

Booking process:

Please contact us on 07789268855 with name and confirmation that you would like to attend session. You will be required to book before 11am on the day of session.
