Come and join our new boxercise programme open to all those who want to get fit no matter your previous or current level of fitness. This is the perfect activity to get you in shape with proven weight loss in a fun musical and rhythm-based setting.
Within the sessions, you’ll learn featured boxing fundamentals in non-contact form, through pad work with fast paced hooks and uppercuts, effective footwork techniques and core work to provide a full body, sweaty but beneficial work out.
One of the great benefits of boxercise is that it provides you with a positive outlet to release muscle tension. This can be great for stress relief!
